Summer is in full swing and The Prince George’s Running Club’s Summer Fun Run Series starts Thursday, July 11 and volunteers are still needed!!!
This free, fun, family-friendly event runs from July 11th until August 22nd. Join us every Thursday evening at 7:00p for a 1.75 mile (1 loop) or 3.1 mile (2 loops) around Buddy Attick Lake in Greenbelt, MD.
The races are free for everyone, but please register online one time for the entire series. On race day, we’ll give you a race bib that you will keep and use for the entire series. We welcome participants of all ages – so be sure to bring the entire family!

Race parking is at 99 Centerway, Greenbelt, MD 20770. Race start is between the tennis courts and baseball field. Try to get there early (6:15p-6:45p) for the first race to give yourself plenty of time to check in and get your bib.
**Please note, the city of Greenbelt requires the attached form for all race participants. Complete only once for the entire series and email it to president@pgrc.org, or bring with you to your first race. We will also have a few forms at the registration table that could be completed on race day.

We need volunteers weekly to help us make it a fun and successful event. Please consider volunteering for one or more weeks – positions include course marshal, water stop, race timing, and bringing popsicles (reimbursable). Volunteers in certain roles are also able to participate in the run.
