10 Mile Club Challenge Training

In preparation for the RRCA Club Challenge on February 25, 2018, Coaches Dave Roeder and Ndegwa Kamau will lead an informal 10 mile training program starting Saturday, January 6, 2018. The training schedule calls for 4 days per week to allows us to train for the longer distances on a flat course and then focus on the hills in Greenbelt Park with a shorter course. If you can’t make it to all of the training runs, there are ways to modify it to fit your needs. We’d be happy to work with you on that. Sign up for the training program today!

Our first run will be On Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 8:00 a.m at Greenbelt Park. It will be cold, so bundled up with lots of layers!
