10 Mile Club Challenge Training

January – February 2020

This informal training program is in preparation for the RRCA 10M Club Challenge. The training schedule calls for 4 days per week to allow us to train for the longer distances on a flat course and then focus on the hills in Greenbelt Park with a shorter course. If you can’t make it to all of the training runs, there are ways to modify it to fit your needs. We’d be happy to work with you on that.  For more information, contact PGRC President Ndegwa Kamau.

Thursday – Easy/Tempo Run
6:30 pm Herbert Wells Ice Rink
